Instead of in Almedalen – three days of public debate that will be broadcasted live from our top-class studios in Malmö.
We were awarded ”Most innovative in Almedalen 2020” and are experts on transforming live events to digital. Team up with us to make sure that you get the best support for your Almedalen seminar. We are there for you all the way from content planning to broadcast and post-production!

All our studio productions will be transferred directly to Almedalens official program. Once your seminar has been approved by Almedalsveckan in Gotland (don’t worry, we will help you with the application) it will be presented on their site with a link to your broadcast.
When you are part of our program you will automatically be included in the national Almedalen program. We are collaborating with Dagens Samhälle and have a couple of main content tracks in order for all parties to be able to benefit from each other’s seminars and discussions. Each track is moderated by a professional seminar leader from Altitude Meetings who will introduce and guide the audience through the program.
Please note that it is possible to come up with a new topic that might not be included in one of the main tracks already set.
You can either participate on-site in one of our top-class studios or digitally from your home office.
The main tracks are:
- Monday 5/7: Mobility / Employment market / Democracy
- Tuesday 6/7: Economy / Climate / Social sustainability
- Wednesday 7/7: Children’s rights / Urban planning / Public health
Seminar (45 minutes) package price: 30 000 SEK excluding VAT.
Included in the price:
- Digital studio run by professional staff
- Technicians
- Digital facilitator (manages speakers, interaction with the audience, and the chat)
- The markets best interactive digital event platform (Hopin) where your public can chat, video chat, mingle and conduct quick meetings
- A Vimeo live broadcast
- A broadcast that can be viewed after the event on the Vimeo platform or embedded in your website
- Videoclip and chatlog for you to publish wherever you prefer
- Your seminar posted on the official webpage of Almedalsveckan (after approval as described above)
- The title of your seminar and your logotype printed in Dagens Samhälle
- Marketing in our social media channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn-event
- A short text about your seminar and a suitable picture to make the marketing as quick and easy for you as possible
