Deborah works with investors, family offices and companies to identify innovators worth backing – entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and fresh grads.
With a background in psychology, Deborah observed a pattern amongst companies and people that gel and excel, as well as the fall out from succumbing to the wrong people. She developed a framework that provides qualitative analysis of people, mitigating human related risk whilst optimising the circumstances needed for success.
Previously a Partner with Korn Ferry’s Middle East practice, Deborah has spent the last few years at college campuses, startup events and pitching competitions observing the next wave of innovators. She is a talent scout for Ideas from Europe and a Trustee for Barefoot College (UK).
