Rupali Mehra is an award-winning television journalist, storyteller, anchor and documentary filmmaker. She runs Storyscapes Media, which consults organisations on communication strategy; curating and producing digital and video content; and executing campaigns and events, with a special emphasis on sustainability projects that fall under SDG 2030 framework. Rupali’s work includes projects for Network 18, Tasting India Symposium, Dalberg, Asianet Media, SheThePeople.tv among others.
She has worked with global media houses like Reuters, NDTV and Times Group. Prior to her own venture, Rupali was part of the founding editorial team of India’s biggest news channel, Times Now, where she also presented a daily show on primetime. She has also moderated debates on gender & sustainability organised by Twitter, UN Women and the Government of Karnataka, among others. Rupali Mehra has won the Commonwealth Vision Award, The Indian Television IT Award, and was shortlisted for the New York Festival World’s Best TV & Film Awards. She writes for The Huffington Post, Conde Nast, The Local, The Mint, Firstpost and Governance Now. Rupali divides her time between Sweden and India.
